» Justin Strouse, Clarke Fire Protection Products, Sales Manager of the Americas

During his 15-year tenure, Justin has held a variety of positions in production planning, customer support, and marketing. Justin holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Distribution from Clarkson University.
 

» John Finefrock, Flotronix Corporation, Technical Services Engineering

John has more than 11-years experience in providing technical support and field service.  Areas of expertise include troubleshooting and repair of AC motor starter panels, variable frequency drives, control wiring and control systems. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology degree from Bowling Green State University.
 

» Michael W. Grant, Peerless Pump Company, Applications Engineering Manager

Having performed nearly every Engineering function at Peerless Pump, Michael currently handles the front-end engineered-to-order specification review and quotation generation for custom engineered product. With more than 20 years at Peerless Pump, Michael provides engineering support for field service issues, as well as assisting customers with system design characteristics. Mr. Grant received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University @ West Lafayette, IN. In addition, Michael has recently completed his Masters in Business Administration at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville.


» Paul Harnishfeger, Peerless Pump Company, Test Engineer

A Test Engineer with 10 years experience at Peerless, Paul has more than 40-years experience in manufacturing management. His experience and certifications include: Training in National Instruments Lab View and TestStand, Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified QS9000 Auditor. Paul also holds bachelors degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business. Paul also has more than Fourteen years training and teaching experience.


» Dr. Andrew Warrington, Peerless Pump Company, President

Andrew joined Peerless in 1998, and has held a variety of positions including: Vice President of Service, Marketing & Engineering, General Manager of the Vertical Pump Business and Vice President of Sales. In 2009 he was named the President of Peerless Pump Company.

Dr. Warrington holds Bachelors and PhD degrees in Engineering from Leeds Metropolitan University. He has an MBA from Manchester Metropolitan University and is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers of London in the United Kingdom.


» Jeff Lukemeyer, Peerless Pump Company, Business Development Manager

Throughout his 28-year career at Peerless, Jeff has had a variety of responsibilities, including test lab engineer, field service engineer, and various levels of sales management. Extensive experience in field start-up of various styles of centrifugal pumps including acceptance testing of UL fire pumps. Jeff holds a variety of certifications including: Advanced vibration training from IRD mechanalysis, Department of Energy and Hydraulic Institute pump system specialist and also hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.


» Randy Smeltzer, Peerless Pump, Horizontal and Fire Product Manager

Randy’s career at Peerless has spanned more than 30 years. Early in his career at Peerless Pump he worked with the standard product line and later was involved with the design and development of the AE / AEF product line, for which he is the Product Engineer. Randy is the champion for the initiation and maintenance of the licensing from Underwriters Laboratories, Factory Mutual and various other world wide fire pump listing agencies. Randy received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.


» Rick Silcox, Peerless Pump, Field Service Engineer

Rick has been with Peerless for 10-years in various positions, including manufacturing, testing and field engineering.  He has knowledge of all the Peerless product lines and maintains expertise in Peerless’ vertical turbine products.  Rick has been certified in field service engineering functions and is well known around the globe for his troubleshooting, installation engineering services, and training, around the globe.  Rick holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University.


» Joseph Berry, Peerless Pump, Specification Analyst

Joseph’s skill set includes proficiency in the complete range of the Peerless pump offerings: The 5 years Joseph has been in the pump industry, he has become an integral member of knowledge in Horizontal Split Case, Vertical, End Suction, Process, TMU, VCS and Hydro Constant. He also serves as a Field Service technician. Joseph is a certified welder and can perform laser alignment. Currently he is attending Indiana Tech working on his Bachelors degree in Business. Joseph is now a Specification Analyst in the Horizontal Business unit.


» Louise R. Garrison, Peerless Pump,  Parts Manager.  

During her 8-year tenure with Peerless Louise’s “Customer First” focus has led to improved communication, shorter response times & order processing. She also travels to and trains our Distribution Center personnel on Peerless e-tools including, Peerlessxnet, Shopping Cart and Dars. During her tenure at Peerless, she has been in several rolls including Horizontal Parts Master Scheduler and Inside Parts Sales.  Prior to joining Peerless held various positions in Sales & Marketing.


» Bob Uhrick, Peerless Pump,  Senior Project Manager.  

Bob has over 16 years with Fire Pumps at Peerless. Bob has had a number of rolls over the years at Peerless. He started in the Order Configuration area specializing in Fire Pumps. He was the lead and coordinator behind the 2 week Quick Ship Program at Peerless. He progressed though the ranks and became the Team Leader for Order Configuration, for all product lines. After an organizational re-alignment, Bob became the Business Unit Manager for the Horizontal Product line, with responsibilities for all aspects of manufacturing. While in these rolls, he was on the RAPID Development Team. Later, he worked on the team to integrate RAPID with our manufacturing system. Bob then moved in to sales with a focus on Building Trades Products and Fire Protection. He spent 5 years in sales and recently moved to Project Management. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University


» Ronald E. Gregorsok, Peerless Ohio.  

Ron has represented Peerless Pump in both sales and service for over 25 years. He has an extensive background in training, having served as an instructor for the Local 669 Sprinkler Fitters Apprenticeship Program, the State Fire School at Bowling Green State University, the Ohio State Fire Marshal's Advanced Fire Code Classes, and the Northwest Ohio (Toledo) Fire Inspectors Program. In addition, he has helped with and taught classes for the Peerless Pump Fire Pump Technician Workshops. Ron holds a B.S. degree in Secondary Education from Bowling Green State University.
